1. Using this website
This website introduces Digital Country’s services and learning programmes. You may browse it, contact us and make genuine enquiries. Please provide accurate information and do not use the website to impersonate someone, distribute unlawful material or interfere with its operation.
An enquiry, consultation or programme application does not by itself confirm a booking, admission or service contract. The engagement starts only after the relevant scope and terms have been agreed.
2. Your project or programme agreement
Before paid work begins, your written proposal, statement of work or enrolment confirmation should identify the service provider and set out the deliverables, fees, applicable taxes, payment milestones, schedule and responsibilities. Please resolve any questions before accepting it or making payment.
Those agreed terms govern the specific engagement, subject to applicable law. Additional services, revisions beyond the agreed scope and changes to the schedule or fees should be confirmed in writing.
3. Materials, access and approvals
Please provide the information, materials, authorised account access and approvals needed for the agreed work. You should have permission to use any content, trademarks, photographs or other materials you supply.
Delivery dates depend on the agreed scope and timely inputs from both sides. If inputs, approvals or scope change, any effect on the schedule should be discussed and recorded.
4. Fees and third-party services
Payment amounts and due dates are specified in your proposal or enrolment terms. Advertising spend, domains, hosting, software licences and similar third-party charges are separate unless the written agreement expressly includes them. Such costs should be approved before they are committed.
External platforms control their own availability, approvals, account rules and prices. Please review any third-party terms that apply to services or accounts used for your project.
5. Ownership and permitted use
The ownership, licences and handover of project deliverables, source files and working files are set out in the project agreement. Third-party assets, fonts and software remain subject to their own licences.
Digital Country’s website copy, branding and original website materials may not be republished or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.
6. Outcomes and information
Marketing performance depends on factors including your offer, competition, audience, budget, platforms and follow-up. Unless expressly agreed, no specific search ranking, number of leads, sales result or advertising approval is promised.
Programme enquiries do not guarantee admission, an internship placement, employment or earnings. Confirm programme details and any specific commitments in the enrolment communication.
7. Cancellation and consumer rights
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how to request cancellation and how any eligible refund is assessed alongside your written agreement.
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning deficient or undelivered services. A project agreement or third-party policy cannot override applicable mandatory law.
8. Questions, disputes and updates
Applicable Indian law governs these terms. Contact us if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not limit your right to approach a competent court, consumer forum or other authority.
We may update the website terms and will change the date shown on this page. An update does not automatically change an existing signed project agreement.
